Marcy's Bio:
Marcy Morrison of Careers With Wings (www.careerswithwings.com) is passionate about helping others find their dream job via speaking engagements, media appearances, workshops/training, one-on-one sessions, a regular Jobing.com blog and her current self-published book "Careers with Wings:  Finding Your Dream Job" http://www.lulu.com/content/1832742.  In early 2009, Marcy's next book "FINDING YOUR PASSION: The Easy Guide to Your Dream Career" will be launched with Morgan James Publishing.    Serving as a consultant for Right Management (www.right.com) - the largest outplacement firm in the world, Marcy facilitates career transition workshops in both English and Spanish.   Marcy has a successful career in international sales, development and marketing working with the Inter-American Foundation, Qualcomm, Bank of America Latin America Corporate Finance, the Institute of the Americas and inspirational speaker Azim Khamisa.  In a consulting capacity, Marcy researched the development of an Alumni Career Program for the University of California, San Diego's Alumni Association.  Marcy's experience with training and self development includes Brian Tracy's Psychology of Sales; Arielle Ford's Building a Platform; and Jack Canfield's Success Principles Coaching.  Marcy received her Master's Degree in International Management/Latin America from the Graduate School of International Relations and Pacific Studies (IR/PS) at UCSD and received her Bachelor's Degree in International Affairs/Spanish from James Madison University in Virginia.   Marcy is also passionate about giving back and serves on the Advisory Board of and donates 10% of her earnings to the Just Like My Child Foundation (www.justlikemychild.org).
